Admin Pages (WordPress Dashboard → Attendance menu):

• Dashboard — Today’s IN/OUT status for all staff + monthly summary + quick mark buttons
• Today — Full day view with date picker, edit any record
• Monthly View — Calendar grid exactly like your Excel (IN, OUT, HRS columns per staff) + Export to CSV/Excel
• Staff — Add/edit staff, auto-create WordPress login, activate/deactivate
• Settings — Late threshold (set to 9:45 AM), notify email, work hours

Staff Self-Marking (Frontend):

• Add shortcode [aka_attendance] to any WordPress page
• Staff login → click 🟢 Mark IN or 🔴 Mark OUT — time recorded automatically
• Shows last 7 days of their own attendance

Smart Features:

• ⚠️ Late alert email to admin if staff arrives after 9:45 AM
• Hours worked auto-calculated (OUT time − IN time)
• Leave types: Sick, Casual, Holiday, Half Day, Absent
• Notes/Remarks field on every record
• Monthly Excel export matching your current file format
• Auto-syncs staff from Billing plugin if already set up
