📋 What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

• Your user account (email, name, phone)
• Your workshop profile and settings
• All customer records you have entered
• All vehicle records
• All job cards and service history
• All bills and invoices
• Login credentials and authentication tokens

📌 What We Retain

For legal, accounting, and service-improvement purposes, we may retain:

• Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (no personal data, cannot be linked back to you)
• Records required by Indian tax/legal compliance, if any (no personally identifiable information)

⏱️ Timeline

• Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours of your request
• Deletion completed: Within 7 business days
• Confirmation email: Sent after deletion is complete

🗑️ How to Request Deletion

Method 1 — Email Request (Recommended)

Method 2 — In-App (Coming in a Future Update)

In a future version of the app, you will be able to delete your account directly from:

Settings → Account → Delete My Account

🔐 Verification Process

To prevent unauthorized deletion of accounts, we will verify your identity by:

1. Checking that the email request comes from your registered email address
2. Cross-checking the phone number and workshop name you provide
3. If anything doesn’t match, we may ask for additional proof of ownership
