This policy explains what Choondal Global Services collects when you buy or support PVC Card Printer.
What we collect
- Name, e-mail address and (optionally) phone number you enter at checkout.
- The Computer ID you enter, used only to sign your licence key.
- Order details: plan, amount, coupon, date, Razorpay order and payment reference.
- Technical data needed to prevent abuse (such as IP address in rate limiting and security logs).
What we do not collect
We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details — they go directly to Razorpay. The software works offline and does not upload the cards or documents you process.
How we use it
- To issue and re-issue your licence key, send it to you and let you download the software.
- To provide support, keep accounting records and meet legal obligations (including GST, where applicable).
- We do not sell your data and do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Sharing
Only with Razorpay (payment processing) and our e-mail/hosting providers, and where required by law.
Retention and your rights
Order and licence records are kept as long as needed for support and accounting. You may ask us to correct or delete your personal data (subject to legal record-keeping) by writing to das@gvrn.in.
