This policy applies to licences of PVC Card Printer sold by Choondal Global Services. Because a licence key is a digital product that is issued instantly and works offline, please try the built-in 15-day free trial before you buy.
Refunds
- Once a licence key has been issued it is non-refundable, except as below.
- If you were charged twice for the same order, the extra payment is refunded in full.
- If a key issued to you does not activate on the Computer ID you gave, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the amount paid.
- If payment was taken but no key was issued, we issue the key or refund you.
Cancellation
An order can be cancelled only before payment is completed. After the key is issued, the order cannot be cancelled.
Wrong Computer ID / new computer
Each licence includes one free re-issue from the “My Licence” section of our store page (for example after changing the PC). Further re-issues are handled by us on request and may carry a small service charge.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 5–7 working days after approval.
