These terms apply to the purchase and use of PVC Card Printer, a Windows software product offered by Choondal Global Services, Akshaya e-Centre TSR043, Choondal Junction, Thrissur, Kerala. By paying for a licence you accept these terms.
1. The product
PVC Card Printer helps you crop, compose and print ID-size cards on PVC card printers. It is independent software and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, UIDAI or any government body.
2. Licence
- A licence key is issued for one computer, identified by the Computer ID you enter at purchase. Check the Computer ID carefully; a key cannot be used on a different computer without re-issue.
- Editions (Standard / Pro) and validity (yearly or lifetime) are as shown on the plan you buy. A yearly licence stops activating new installs after its end date; software already activated keeps working only as long as the licence is valid.
- Licences are personal to the buyer, non-transferable, and may not be copied, resold or shared.
- A free trial is built into the software; it needs no payment.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not store your card or bank details.
4. Delivery
The licence key is delivered electronically right after successful payment — on screen, by e-mail and as a downloadable file. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Use the software only for lawful purposes and only with documents you are entitled to handle. You are responsible for how the printed cards are used. Do not present cards produced with this software as official government-issued documents.
6. Warranty and liability
The software is provided as is. We take care to make it reliable, but print results depend on your printer, card stock and settings. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Thrissur, Kerala having jurisdiction.
